On August 23rd, Sunshine Therapy Dogs kicked off an unforgettable evening at a York United FC game dedicated to mental health initiatives. With one goal in mind—lifting spirits and spreading joy—our lineup included Darren with Cooper, Kathleen with Juniper, and Alan with Tico. The pups scored plenty of points with fans, and Alan and Tico even assisted with the coin toss.
There was no offside with these top dogs, as they were perfectly positioned to win over hearts both on and off the field. The net result? A stadium full of happier, calmer fans. With our recent expansion into York Region, including Markham, Richmond Hill, and Woodbridge, Sunshine Therapy Dogs is excited to continue being MVPs in our community, spreading joy and support wherever we go.
